gubgub is a consumer brand rethinking our food systems by producing efficient protein products in the grocery category, including cricket protein powder.

gubgub had established a name, a vision and were midway through development of their first product. To finally become shelf-ready, they needed to profile their target consumer, build out their brand, and leverage audience understanding with a go-to-market plan.

Our Solution

R&G delivered an analysis of untapped and growing market opportunities along with an outline of target market personas. We also created beautifully-designed brand assets to appeal to this audience specifically (including a logo and packaging), and developed a year-one strategic market roadmap, outlining tactics to fuel their launch and growth in he first twelve months.
