Their Challenge
As climate change creates big adaptation challenges, water in all its forms—from rising seas to extreme weather events—poses emerging risks. As a well-established thought leader and longtime go-to for flood management solutions, Ebbwater is only getting busier as a result. The problem? Out-of-date content on the consultancy’s website was keeping Ebbwater from creating deeper engagement around its purpose.
Our Solution
R&G collaborated closely with Ebbwater’s visionary team to reimagine its online touchpoint. We brainstormed a thoughtful top-to-bottom refresh to turn the site into a powerful tool within Ebbwater’s stakeholder engagement process, integrating user journeys tailored to specific audience segment needs and actions. Most importantly, we focused on telling the story of the shared value Ebbwater creates by prioritizing knowledge from Indigenous rights holders, and by authentically engaging communities in the flood management process.
