A stakeholder engagement campaign with QuadReal

Their Challenge

Community is where QuadReal thrives and where spaces, virtual or physical, are embraced as an opportunity for connection. To help its communities recognize this potential, QuadReal needed a stakeholder engagement campaign to invite a compelling and even delightful two-way dialogue. Most importantly, this conversation needed to be linked to social and environmental themes fundamental to QuadReal’s longterm vision for a sustainable future. 

Our Solution

First we designed and created a series of themed messages connected to QuadReal’s ethos. Our message: “We See Community” all around us. As campaign posters appeared in lobbies and elevators in QuadReal buildings around the world, R&G’s creative team also created exciting event frameworks, so property teams could connect  person-to-person. The work set the stage for a multi-year campaign, setting a high benchmark for stakeholder engagement in the real estate sector.
