Sarah is the Co-founder and Director of Strategy of R&G Strategic. A brand and communications strategist with a decade of professional experience spanning Toronto and Halifax, Sarah’s multifaceted background has led her to executive roles at the intersection of business development, marketing, and brand planning.

Before relocating to the east coast, she produced and executed campaigns for clients like Mercedes and Kraft. She began to focus exclusively on supporting marketing efforts in the eco-business sector for organizations like Efficiency Nova Scotia, Green Schools and MJM Energy along with countless startups (garnering a GOLD Ice Award for her work). Driving consumer engagement for sustainable, organizations with efficient products or services is Sarah’s number one passion.

Recognized as a forward-thinking leader in the industry, Sarah was a featured speaker at the G7 Oceans Partnership Summit in Halifax and hosted panels focusing on the intersection of strategy, branding and sustainability over the last year. Sarah offers keynote speeches, breakout sessions, panel moderation and workshops.
